AI Security & Privacy Guardrails

For leadership teams whose AI plans stall at the security review, or who worry about what a new agent could reach. We design the controls into each AI system up front, so your security team can approve it with evidence.

AI Adoption Check

How would you rate your company's AI adoption?

Two quick questions, then a short conversation with our AI assistant. No sign-up needed.

You're likely a fit if…

  • Security keeps saying no.

No one can show where the data goes or what the AI can do.

  • A vendor's AI feature wants access to everything.

It asks for your whole mailbox, drive or CRM, and nobody can say what it does with them.

  • You're about to connect an agent to live systems.

And you're not sure what it could read, change or send if something went wrong.

  • Nobody can show what the AI did.

When a customer or an auditor asks what it accessed last month, there's no log to show them.

What we build

  • Data-flow maps

For each AI use: what data it touches, which provider processes it under what terms, where it's stored, and what's logged for how long.

  • Least-privilege access for agents

Scoped service accounts, read-only by default, separate credentials per agent, and write access only where the job requires it.

  • Input and output checks

Sensitive fields masked before they reach a model, outputs checked before they reach a person, and actions outside the allowed set blocked.

  • Defenses against hidden instructions

Content from emails, web pages and documents is treated as untrusted. An agent can't act on instructions it finds in data without a person approving.

  • Approval gates and audit trails

Anything that changes a record, sends a message or spends money waits for a person. Every step is logged with its evidence.

Scope

  • Included, and not

Guardrails for the AI systems we build or review, with documentation your security team can check. Company-wide work, such as finding shadow AI, is part of AI security. Not included: running your security program, penetration testing, certification or legal opinions.

  • What we need from you

A security or IT contact with authority to decide, your existing policies and data classification, and access to the systems involved.

  • How we handle your data

We ask for the least access the work needs and agree data handling in writing before we start. Credentials stay out of code and out of chat.

  • What drives cost

How many AI systems and providers are in scope, how sensitive the data is, how many systems each agent connects to, and what controls you already have. Builds are scoped and priced after the assessment.

How we'd start

  1. Start with an Assessment. Its data and systems review shows where AI would touch sensitive data.

  2. Map the data flows for your priority uses with your security team.

  3. Agree the controls with security before any build begins.

  4. Build and test the guardrails, including tests that deliberately try to break them.

  5. Hand the documentation, logs and test suite to your security owner.

FAQ

Common questions

How is this different from AI security?

AI security covers how your whole company uses AI, including tools people adopted on their own. Guardrails are the controls built into one AI system: what it can reach, what it checks and what waits for a person.

Will our data be used to train AI models?

It depends on the provider and the plan, and terms change. We check the current terms for each provider you use and configure the settings that apply them.

Can AI work with regulated data, like health or financial records?

Often, with the right provider agreements, controls and limits. Some uses aren't worth the risk, and we'll say so. Your compliance and legal teams make the final call.

What is prompt injection?

Instructions hidden in content an AI reads, such as an email or web page, that try to make it do something it shouldn't. It matters most when an agent can take actions, which is why ours can't act on what they read without approval.

How long does it take?

Designed in from the start, guardrails are part of the build and its size. Adding them to an AI system that's already running is usually S (1–3 weeks) per system.
