AI Audits & Quality Reviews
For companies that already have AI in front of staff or customers, and can't say with confidence how often it's right. We test it against your real work and show you the evidence.
You're likely a fit if…
AI is live, and the evidence is anecdotes.
A vendor tool or in-house build answers questions every day. Nobody has measured how often it's right.
Complaints arrive one at a time.
A wrong answer, an invented policy, a report that doesn't match finance's numbers. Each gets patched; the pattern never gets found.
You inherited something nobody fully understands.
A previous project stalled, or the partner who built it moved on, and the system is still running.
Someone outside is asking how you check it.
Your board, an auditor or a large customer wants to know how your AI is tested and controlled.
What we build
A test set from your real work
The questions, cases and edge cases that matter, with the right answers agreed by your own subject experts.
Accuracy and behavior review
We run the system against that set and record where it's right, wrong or overconfident, and which sources it relied on. Every finding comes with its example.
Controls review
Who can change its prompts and settings, what it logs, where people approve, what it can do unattended, and how it handles instructions hidden in the content it reads.
AI Security: Controls reviewA sized fix list
Findings ranked by business risk and sized S to XL, with a fix, replace or retire call for each.

The test set turned into an automated suite that reruns whenever the system, its data or its model changes.

Scope
Included, and not
One AI system or a closely related set, reviewed for behavior, data and controls, with written findings and a leadership readout. Fixes are scoped separately. This isn't a legal opinion, a compliance certification or a penetration test.
What we need from you
Access to the system, ideally in a test environment, its configuration and logs, a vendor contact if there is one, and experts to agree what a right answer is.
What drives cost
How many systems are in scope, whether we work directly or through a vendor, how much test material exists, and how sensitive the data is. Reviews are fixed-fee, like an Assessment.
How we'd start
Scope the review with you: which systems, what a right answer means, and who decides.
Build the test set with your experts from real past cases.
Run the review and write up each finding with its evidence.
Present the readout and the sized fix list to leadership.
Hand the test set and checks to your owner or vendor, so they can rerun them after every change.
Common questions
Can you review a vendor's product, not just something built in-house?
Yes. We test it the way your users experience it, without needing its internals. A deeper look depends on what the vendor exposes.
Will you tell us to turn it off?
If that's the honest answer. Most findings are fixes. Some are a job that doesn't suit AI yet. The report says which is which.
Do you fix what you find?
You choose. Findings arrive sized, so your team, your vendor or we can take them on. Fix work is scoped and priced separately.
How long does a review take?
For one system, about as long as an Assessment: two to four weeks. More systems, limited access or a slow vendor extend it, and we'll say so when we scope it.
Industries where this applies
Let's find where AI pays off in your business.
