AI Adoption Check

How would you rate your company's AI adoption?

Two quick questions, then a short conversation with our AI assistant. No sign-up needed.

AI that works in the business you already have.

Most AI pilots stall in the real business. We start from your processes, data and systems, and ship AI your people use.

Assess. Build. Advise.

Talk through where AI fits your business

Why AI stalls

The demo worked. The business didn't change.

We hear the same three stories from leadership teams, across industries.

Built for a clean slate

Pilots run on tidy sample data. Your business runs on ten years of systems, exceptions and workarounds. The pilot never meets reality.

Nobody ranked the ideas

Every department has AI ideas. Without a sized, ranked list, the loudest idea wins, not the most valuable one.

Built for people, not with them

Tools show up that nobody asked for. Adoption fades, and the next AI project gets harder to sell.

Services

A ladder, not a menu.

Start with a fixed-scope Assessment. Build what it proves is worth building. Keep a senior AI advisor in your corner as you scale.

AI Assessment & Roadmap

2–4 weeks, fixed fee. Every role's daily work mapped, every AI opportunity sized, and a top 10 to ship first.

What you get

  • AI opportunity map
  • 90-day roadmap
  • Leadership readout
  • First-build recommendation
How the Assessment works

Two questions sit under every rung of the ladder: will your people use it, and is it safe?

  • AI adoption

Getting AI out of pilots and into your people's daily work. We start from the work each role actually does, build with the people who'll use it, and train them on what we ship.

    How we approach AI adoption
  • AI security

Using AI without putting your data, your customers or your systems at risk. We map where your data goes, give agents only the access the work needs, and keep a person approving anything that changes a record or sends a message.

    How we approach AI security

How we work

From people to a ranked list, in five steps.

In about two to four weeks, we map how your business actually works, find every place AI could help, size each one, and tell you which ten to ship first.

  1. Personas

We identify the roles that carry your business, from leadership to the front line.

  2. Daily work

For each role, we map what they actually do all day, where time goes, and where things wait.

  3. AI's role

For each task, we decide what AI could do: draft, answer, check, flag, or do it outright with a human approving.

  4. Size

Every opportunity gets an honest size, a build-vs-buy call, and the risks to plan for.

  5. Top 10

We rank by value and effort, and pick the ten to ship first, with the first build recommended.

  • AI opportunity map
  • 90-day roadmap
  • Leadership readout
  • First-build recommendation

Built into the systems you already run

We build AI agents, automations and integrations that plug into your existing software and data. Not a new platform to learn, and not a demo that stays a demo.

  • Conversational data agents that answer from live business data
  • AI-assisted dashboards built around actions, not charts
  • Website and support agents that hand off to a person when they should
  • Proactive agents that flag what needs attention

Trustworthy by design

AI that runs inside your business has to earn trust from the people who depend on it. Every build follows the same rules.

  • Outputs carry their evidence: the data they used and how they got there.
  • People approve anything that changes a record, sends a message or spends money.
  • Every build has an owner in your business from day one.

FAQ

Do we need clean data first?

No. The data and systems review tells you what's usable today and what isn't. Plenty of good first builds work with the data you already have.

Will you only recommend things you can build?

No. Every opportunity gets a build-vs-buy call. If an off-the-shelf tool does the job, the map says so.

What if we already have AI projects running?

Good. We fold them into the map and size them alongside everything else, so you can see which ones deserve more investment and which don't.

How is it priced?

Assessments are fixed-fee. Builds are scoped and priced after the assessment. Advisory is a monthly retainer.
