AI Search Visibility
For leadership teams whose buyers now ask AI assistants for recommendations before they call anyone. We measure what those assistants say about you and fix what keeps them from getting it right.
You're likely a fit if…
Prospects say they asked an AI first.
And nobody on your team has checked what it told them about you, or about your competitors.
The answers are wrong or out of date.
Assistants describe products you retired, services you don't offer, or credit a competitor with your strengths.
Your best material is hard for machines to read.
It sits in PDFs, behind forms, or on pages that only render in a browser, where crawlers may never see it.
Marketing tracks rankings, not answers.
You know where you rank in search. You don't know whether AI assistants mention you at all.
What we build
A baseline of today's answers
A tracked set of the questions your buyers actually ask, with what major assistants answer, whether they cite you, and how accurately.
Answer-first pages
Pages for the questions that matter: the question as the heading, a short direct answer, then specifics. Drafts can be AI-assisted; a person approves every page.
Technical access
Key content in pages that render without scripts, deliberate crawler access rules, and structured data that describes your company, offers and people.
Consistent facts everywhere
The same names, descriptions and details across your site, profiles and listings, so assistants don't learn conflicting versions of you.
Ongoing monitoring
The tracked questions rerun on a schedule, with a short report on what changed. Answers shift between model releases.
Scope
Included, and not
Measurement, content structure, technical fixes with your web team, and monitoring. Not included: paid placement, mass-produced generic content, link schemes, or planted reviews and forum posts.
What we can't promise
Placement in any assistant's answer. Each provider decides what it cites and changes that without notice. We improve your odds, measure honestly and report what moved; we don't guarantee outcomes.
What we need from you
A marketing owner, access to your site or web team, and subject experts to confirm accuracy.
What drives cost
The size and platform of your site, how much content needs rewriting, how many questions we track, and whether monitoring continues. Builds are scoped and priced after the assessment.
How we'd start
Start with an Assessment that includes a baseline of what assistants say about you today.
Choose the buyer questions that matter commercially, not vanity terms.
Fix the technical blockers first, then rewrite the priority pages.
Re-measure and set up a monitoring routine.
Hand the playbook and the tracked question list to your marketing owner.
Common questions
Is this just SEO with a new name?
It shares the foundations: readable pages and clear content. But assistants summarize instead of listing links, so accurate facts and direct answers matter more, and you measure answers, not rankings.
Can you guarantee assistants will recommend us?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. We can remove the obstacles, make your content easier to cite accurately, and show you what changed.
Should we block AI crawlers?
It's a trade-off. Blocking keeps content out of AI systems; allowing it makes you findable. Some providers run separate crawlers for training and for search, so it doesn't have to be all or nothing.
How long does it take?
The baseline and technical fixes are usually S-sized (1–3 weeks). Rewriting a larger body of content is M (1–2 months). When assistants reflect the changes depends on their own update cycles.
