What we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted.

The AI assistant
The AI Adoption Check and some tools on this site (the Opportunity Map preview, the feasibility sketch and the readiness summary) are powered by an AI model. When you use them, you are talking to an AI assistant, not a person. It's labeled "AI assistant" wherever it appears. Its answers are a starting point for a conversation, not professional, legal or financial advice.
What you type into these tools is sent to our AI provider to generate a response. We use a provider that doesn't train its models on this data.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: your name, email, company, and company size if you choose to share it.
- Your conversation with the AI assistant, and what you enter into the other tools.
- Your AI Snapshot, the summary the Adoption Check writes from your answers.
- Messages you send through the contact form.
We don't ask for sensitive personal information. Please don't enter confidential business data, customer data or anything you wouldn't put in an email to someone outside your company.
How we use it
- To show you your results, and to send you your Snapshot or the resource you asked for.
- So Daniel can prepare for a call you book, and reply to messages you send.
- To improve the site and the assistant.
Sharing your Snapshot
If you use "Share with your team," the Snapshot is written into the link itself. The link doesn't include your contact details, and the Snapshot in it isn't sent to our servers when the link is made or opened. Anyone with the link can read the Snapshot, so share it as you would a document.
If you ask for your Snapshot or a resource, we send it to you, plus at most one follow-up. We don't add you to a newsletter or a marketing sequence. If you book a call or write to us, we'll reply about that.
How long we keep it
Conversation transcripts are kept for 12 months, then deleted. Contact details and Snapshots are kept while we're in touch, and deleted on request.
Deleting your information
You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you at any time. Use the contact form and say "delete my data," with the email you used. We'll confirm when it's done.
We don't sell your data
We don't sell, rent or trade your information. We share it only with the service providers that run the site (hosting, the AI provider, email delivery and scheduling), and only so they can do that job.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookie-less analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. We don't use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. The site remembers your light or dark theme choice in your browser; that setting never leaves your device. If you open the booking calendar, the scheduling provider's own privacy policy applies to that embed.
